I atlast entered psychriatist cabin with lots of anxiety.But doctor's calm ,pleasant smile drove away my all worries and fears just few moments I just met with God sent angel , i felt .I was very anxious that my BP would be high at doctor's office. But , smiling a little he said , this is a common problem, nothing to worry, then he playfully took my readings , and i became astonished !!!!it was 120/80 after a long period...despite doctor prescribed me metoprolol xl25 .when I asked doctor, if i am too young to consume hypertensive med,doctor answered this is no matter , in America , people taking it from 25yrs of age.He then prescribed me 5mg of LEXAPRO with 0.5mg of KLONOPIN, and asked to come after 15days.with lots of peace we came back home,.And i took it at night, and believe me after lots of restless night , i slept, slept a deep profound peaceful sleep.
Next day I was much lighter, less anxious , clearer mind, more focussed to life...but my happiness did not last long.....if। U like my blogg , i shall continue more.....in my next article.
